It will be difficult over the next two weeks to stick to a healthy lifestyle when there may be so many temptations over the festive season.

‘it is important to enjoy oneself without overdoing it.   Of course many Christmas treats are loaded with calories.   One can still relax and enjoy oneself with a bit of thought.  Of course if we overdo it over the next few weeks we will see an added weight gain’  A simple Christmas meal may have over 3000 calories.
