  1. It’s difficult to get kale that hasn’t been harvested by a crazy chopping machine. The leaves appear in the supermarket in a dreadful state of crude choppedness. That means that I tend to not use it. When I can get it full leaf, It’s wonderful. Good to see nice posts from you Lea.
